Draven is one of the many characters that I personally enjoy playing and the development of the actual character was a long process with many pieces of art showing the development for instance the art showing the development and concept of Dravens axes. This image shows a good way of developing the main armament for my character or characters and I will be laying it out similarly to this image.

I will also be calculating the math for all the damages and all the ability descriptions in the same manner as league of legends. Ill try to make the abilities balanced as possible but I wont know unless my characters in the actual game. The abilities are set out as such, Passive, Q, W, E and R. Usually characters have an main damage a slow/stun and a defense ability and their final R usually does a ton of damage and is named of their ultimate.
A lot of your research is overviews of exisiting games, it would be a good idea to do more focused and specific research that relates directly to your production work such as concept artists and their techniques.
